Who we are

What we collect
The only personal data we collect is your email address, which you provide voluntarily when joining a waitlist for one of our apps. We do not collect names, payment information, location data, or any other personal details.
Why we collect it
We collect your email address for one purpose: to notify you when the product you signed up for is ready. We do not use it for marketing unrelated products, and we will not add you to any newsletter without your explicit action.
How we store it
Email addresses are stored in a database on a VPS hosted in the EU. Access is restricted to the By Moussa team. We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your email address with any third party, ever.
Cookies
We do not use analytics cookies or tracking pixels. Cloudflare sits in front of our servers as a CDN and DDoS protection layer. Cloudflare may set a short-lived session cookie (_cf_bm) for bot detection purposes. We do not control this cookie and do not receive personal data from it. Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to: access the data we hold about you, request correction of inaccuracies, request deletion (we will remove your email within 7 days of request), and lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request."
Retention
We keep your email address until you ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist for the relevant product closes. We will not hold it longer than necessary.
Changes
If we materially change this policy, we will update the date above. We will not retroactively change how we handle data already collected.
